I'm thinking this one from GP30M4216 is at Fox in Grand Rapids along Patterson where there's some stairs that go up to track level. Used to have crews changes there often in the past. Powerlines overhead are going in the right direction too.

Indeed, Z man has it correct. My first visit ever to the Chessie bridge at Patterson and this pair of CW44ACs were parked there on the head of an eastern coal train. This crew change stairway with the Close Clearance sign was a nice touch. I believe this was June 1998. Well done!
