D706-23 by Howell at 16:15 with 11 cars and the already reported many times power on the head end. As of this afternoon, there are only 9 units with only one or two digits still in storage.

I am referring to locomotives numbered between 1 & 99. 1-9 equals one digit, 10-99 equals two digits. And, I realize there is only five units with one digit still remaining on roster.

D801-23 @ 00:05 advised Dispatcher he has a cold engine warning & after talking to the Mechanical Dept they advised D801 he wouldn't be able to get to Notch 8 with that warning & wouldn't make the Saugatuck Hill without Notch 8. They could either sit where they are inside Grand Jct siding mp CG54 & let the engines warm up, or, they could get on the move & see if the engines warm up by the time they're at the hill. Dispatcher told D801 he'll make a call & will let them know what the plan is.
