Parts Galore.
Hard to concentrate right now.
As my shoulder isn't causing enough pain and suffering...
I smashed my little toe into a chair. It bruised the whole toe.

Parts Galore? Isn't that the villain in one of the James Bond movies?
I tried to find the exact spot but I could not find the house in the background.
I get 8 Mile and The Mt Clemens Sub and Mom's Spaghetti was probably a reference to nearby Eminem childhood home at 19946 Dresden Street but based on that and old topo maps showing old tracks the closest I got was something on Hover Street.

Despite all Dave's pain he still found it! I'm gonna make sure there is a little something extra in your paycheck this week.

The Mom's Spaghetti reference was no help. I was trying to tie it to the restaurant at the Little Caesars HQ.

I'm in Michael's boat and can't find this same spot via either Google maps street view or see this small bit of trackage on a Google aerial photo either. Can someone share a screenshot of this piece of track that's visible on either of those sources?

Correct

Hints:

AARR has very extensive knowledge of current and former rail customers.

The bottom of every post by AARR has a parody of Lose Yourself by Eminem.

Eminem = Pop culture / area references of 8 Mile the movie / 8 Mile the street.

"crossed the tracks and never look back" lyric from 8 Mile by Eminem.

Mom's Spaghetti = Eminem's new restaurant in Downtown Detroit.

In opening first few seconds of 8 Mile, a CN horn can be heard. The Mt Clemens Sub crosses 8 Mile at grade and where a CN horn would be heard.

Near 8 Mile = Yes, on 8 Mile

Near Conrail line = Sterling Secondary.

Closests line = Mt Clemens Sub

GTW would have been the last RR to move cars here.

You want to look at the google 3d image.
Not sure the link will give the correct image.
In the center, hard to see under all the junkers.

edit: Looking at older DTE aerial collection images, this was a scrap yard with several(4?) spurs.
sad commentary: While a great resource, many of the DTE images aren't viewable because the links are bad.
Wayne State could do better if they tried.

A radiator fan shroud. To put in perspective, $13 and 1.5 Labor Hours for a used piece of molded plastic is a bargain compared to $300 for a brand new molded piece of plastic that may or may not arrive from China in a timely manner.

Would be curious to know what the GTW used to service back in the day from the old Nolan Yard, before the location became an auto graveyard. There are multiple, parallel tracks under all of the vehicles that are rusting and being stripped away.

Champion had a spark plug factory back there. They would receive those Champion covered hoppers with clay.

I recall they received the airslide cars like above but it seems to me there was an all-red version too but I can't find a picture of it.

Is it in SE Pennsylvania since I remembered that crossing as my parents, sister and I drove by it while were on our way back home from Delaware where we visited and had supper at my mom's aunt's cousin's house in Newark. DE where I was a little kid back on June 8, 1957.
