Somewhere on the former PM between Saginaw and Baldwin?
South of Saginaw. I bet a lot of folk here have passed where the bridge used to be that's just past this codeline pole.

CorrectO, we are in Flint on Utley Rd looking west between Arlene and Corunna Rd. From the I-75 street view cam, there's codeline poles on both sides of the highway here.

Not Michigan, not even anywhere near Michigan. But if you are a model railroader you might have a connection to this business.

It looks like there is a lighthouse and some water. Somewhere along Lake Erie?

One would think maybe a huge lake like Lake Erie, but alas, it's not that large of a lake. It is in a state that touches Lake Erie at least.
