The tracks share the bridges with a roadway so industrial trackage. Greenery looks a little scrubby so I say northward. Water is dirty like a river but a lake like shore line. So I am guessing a mine site in Ontario.
Definitely on the right thought lines. Industrial.. dirty like a river but a lake like a shore line, almost like a bay.... Not in Canada though. Here's a wider view of the area that gives some additional clues of the trackage use.

Still looks like a model railroad 🙂

Is it along the Mississippi River?

Too clean a dock for aggregate type product. The parking area looks like containers. But I don't see cranes in the view.

Where be it? Not in Michigan. Thought the track layout was pretty interesting.
Concord Naval Weapons Station, California.

Righto Standard. Was watching a series about people living in their boats out in the bays around San Francisco, and saw the old munitions field area in the background. Found the area around Port Chicago. Wasn't aware of the disaster that killed 320 people during loading of munitions for WW2: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Port_Chicago_disaster

Another one where I don't actually know the answer. It is definitely in the lower peninsula of Michigan, and I can narrow it down some if nobody knows quickly.

Mt Pleasant is certainly a possibility but I don't know for sure.

It is a shot from the 1 minute mark of this video of a 1225 excursion, so based on the rest, I assume the mystery spot is between Owosso & Clare. Was hoping someone would recognize that building.

I grew up in Mt. Pleasant. My first reaction when I saw the photo was that I had seen this building before. I have not yet figured out where it was. Twenty Five years have passed. The building may no longer exist.

I figured that sidetrack west of the main would help, but can't find that either, so I suspect a lot has changed

Based on the sidetrack in the foreground I would guess around King Road just north of Owosso

I know the area you are talking about, but I decided that based on the times of the shots it needed to be farther north.

I think I found it. Just north of Pickard St in Mt Pleasant there was a building that was torn down sometime before 2011. It has the correct roofline, and sits at a slight angle to the tracks like in my shot.

In this 2014 view, the remains of the sidetrack are visible.

I believe you found it Dan. I located a color aerial from 2005 and that building has a brown roof.

Somewhere on the trail between Rochester and Romeo.
