32 Hours In Deshler Non-Stop

For those of you out there interested in what trains 'actually' run through Deshler, Ohio, I just got back from a 32 hour non-stop trip this past weekend. Was at Crossroads Park from 6:30am Saturday morning through 2:30pm Sunday afternoon and saw a total of 95 trains in that time period. Did not miss a one as I stayed awake the entire night. However, I did miss a couple of train I.D's, so if anyone knows what they are, feel free to chime on in. I am pretty sure the rest of the train symbols are 99% correct. According to my records, the only trains I was expecting to see, but did not was a Q206, Q209, Q222, Q272 and Q512. Every other regularly scheduled train was accounted for that runs through Deshler. After leaving Deshler, on my way home back up to Michigan caught 5 additional Norfolk Southern trains in Archbold for a weekend total of 100 trains sighted. Don't know the train symbols for them, but saw 4 stacks and a freight.

Q 206 and Q209 do not operate daily. Q209 is every third day at this time. Q222 was ran six times to move KIA automobiles from Georgia to North Baltimore and than Marion Ohio for unloading. Very surprised on the Q272 Q512 not being ran.

Thanks for the info JoJames. Q272 and Q512 probably then went by not too long after I left town then. Any truth to what I am hearing of CSX extending Q041/Q042 up from Cincinatti to North Baltimore soon? Just curious.

Yes. Scheduled to start on 4-16 and Q133, Q134 also will still run the same route.
