By plan, Y303 was scheduled to work the plant. As to the yard job, I think it varied. Mostly I recall it being overnight, but morning, afternoon or evening was not out of the question. Switching that plant did involve tying up the Harrison Rd crossing a bunch, so I suspect they preferred to do it in the middle of the night.
