Realizing this is about 3 pages too late, DTE has a wye between Yale and Avoca on what used to be CSX's Port Huron Sub. Granted, the last known train to use the line ran in 1999, but satellite imagery shows the wye itself to be in place and intact.

D&I Jct. between the Flat Rock sub and the Dearborn Branch on the CN is used as a wye on occasion.
