Railfanning Plymouth, MI

My favorite spot is to sit on Theodore street, but what time is the best for catching trains here. Since I caught a leased locomotive here my next goal is to catch the caboose!

The caboose normally goes out on the locals earlier in the morning. Best bet is to get there before 12
