Apparently, NS 64K (reported as K64K, could be 6K4) struck a vehicle at Olive Street this morning. No word on injuries, and the train was released about 3 hours ago, according to what I am reading on Facebroke.
It must not have been too serious, as none of the local news stations are reporting anything. Perhaps the vehicle was unoccupied....
Yesterday, Amtrak's Capitol Ltd (#29) struck an SUV and one person was killed at Hendricks St.
Another Train/Vehicle Crash in South Bend Area.
