D708-29 in Lake Odessa, released all 5 blocks (Cash, Ledge, Field, Jordan, Lako) at 00:46, dispatcher RDR. Somebody else was working down around the yard from the radio chatter but I never heard a symbol.

Good morning all!

I'm heading up to da UP (eh?) Wednesday morning to pick my brother up from Michigan Tech. Planning to take a few detours along the way, one of which will be to Holly and Flint. If it wouldn't be too hard, could mister magic 8 ball give it a shake for the Saginaw Sub north of Plymouth in the morning? Looking for Q322 and Q321 and anything grain or coal or what have you up that way. Thanks!

Z15129 Mr Woolworth with the GLLX3003 received the Grand Rapids Main Line Yard Limit around 0210
Q334 east of Fox, received the Lako, Jordan, Field, Ledge, Cash blocks at 0216

Y32129 delivered half a mini unit for King to the GRE. A MOW truck just pulled away and the 24 is running outside the house with a dim headlight. No one else around so maybe he fired it up due to the freezing temps?

Hmmm...Amtrak should have been by Wells at 7:45...326 on the move after that...should be arriving in GR by 8:40ish...I'd better get a move on!

Argh, some days I swear I want to make it hard on myself.. Got off the highway at Hudsonville, took Chicago Drive towards Zeeland. I knew they were close, but kept going as I wanted a shot in downtown Zeeland...as I'm getting near downtown, saw the crossing next to me going off, there's the horn, and there they go. Quickturn around, and ended up catching up with them at a farmers crossing near Vriesland..could have saved myself time and money just staying put, but nooo...just had to keep going.

Welcome to railfanning Chicago Drive buddy! Idk how many times i've done the same thing chasing Amtrak back from Holland.

D007-30 is coming out of Waverly Yard. Will be heading up into the Roost and Power blocks.
