CSX Train Location Updates - April 2024

W028-15 (rail train) @ 07:49 running his engine around to the train's west end at Waverly to proceed westward with CSX engine #8052 (solo) & 34 rail cars. No further info yet as to where he will be going.

Train was backed to West Olive Sunday, when they returned to Holland, went down the West leg to complete the spin of the train. Train was backed into the siding between Waverly and 112th, engine was cut away to get fuel in the Holland yard.

Train is now outbound heading for Chicago and it's next destination to drop some more rail.

W028-15 is waiting on the Main Track at Grand Jct for C800-14 to clear into the siding.

Looks like Y297 will eventually pick up 6 loaded high wall gondolas of scrap metal at Padnos Front St location in GR. Y106 will pick up few loaded gondolas at Beacon Recycling on Old Main 17 at Godfrey later this week.

Note: I was driving around GR to enjoy the air and saw these cars sitting on the outbound tracks
