OK, I went to the tracks in Fraser expecting this soon! WOW, I got there and saw the headlight! Had these two engines, 122 cars, cleared Masonic Road at 1:34 p.m. Good to see a "Fresh" former CN C44-9W, now AC44C6M leading!!!! What was the previous engine number of 3342 before re-building (if anyone knows)? Is there an online list of how many were rebuilt and numbers/former numbers? This was nice!!!!!

SB M356 departed Fon Du Lac, WI at 17:45 eastern with CN 2999/CN 2128/BCOL 4604/BCOL 4611. Those three were the last three -8s in storage in Symington Yard, Winnipeg, MB heading for scrap in Chicago.

Chicago Heights Processing on the UP has been the buyer for the last round of -8s that were stored in Winnipeg, Iowa and Battle Creek

Well, Geez here we go again!!!! But I read somewhere else that Chicago Heights Processing® went away and is not currently scrapping! This is confusing! I saw "Heritage Units" posts before RRFAN! Seen 1st on H.U. by Mr. Hays in Stevens Point, WI, @ 2:43 p.m. He mentioned "CN 2128 is dead in tow 2nd with BCOL 4604 & 4611 3rd and 4th." Then spotted by another guy, MainlineProductions, at 6:18 p.m. today at Neenah, WI! He states "Just passed Neenah South. BCOL4611 trailing Dead third. Not sure why its not in the system!" The destination is Homewood, IL! These BCOL "Cowls" were stored for a couple years! Why does CN keep doing the massive "Scrapping?" I just hate this!!!!

10:06 - WB E271 with CN 8851/CN 8948 thru Charlotte - they dropped a ton of racks in Snow Yard today.

21:40 - WB S75661 with CN 3818 with about 100 2-bay hoppers by the Charlotte cam. S756 from Lang Yard - empty sand train.
This WB was following a 2-CN WB manifest. Both held at Potterville/Mill for an EB manifest

After they cleared, at 22:12 a 3-unit M302 went by the Charlotte cam

I want to know as "Flying Eagle" does! What engine is on it? This train should be heading to Mount Clemens, right? Well, if "Blue" GTW GP38-2 #4906 is on this train it would be worth venturing out to catch in the Roseville/Fraser area!!!!

OK, I missed this just by a couple minutes!!!! I quickly rode my bike from my new house in Fraser! I went to Masonic Road to cross the pedestrian bridge, but it was already going! Just three cars! Now, if I left 2 minutes earlier I could have made it! OK, sometime next week I should get this train! Hopefully "Blue" GTW GP38-2 #4906 will still be on it! 515 is usually longer on weekdays! This is the first time since 2020 that a "Blue" GTW unit has made it to a local on the Mt. Clemens Subdivision!!!!

Just saw on FB an EB through Imlay City about an hour ago with New Brunswick Southern 6413

OK, what is up with this NBSR 6413 SD70M-2? I notice it came east on train 396 Wednesday Jan. 3rd! Now with different CN engines, NBSR 6413 yesterday (Jan. 5th) went back west! Also spinning the CN engines in Battle Creek! This all is unusual! New Brunswick is way east of here! Why is this engine going back west? Was there work being done? It should go back east to Canada!!!!
