02:08 - an EB freight with CN 2907 and 2995 took M1 at Cedar to let a WB freight with CN 5620, 5704, and NS 4468? pass on M2.
The EB held at Okemos to let a second WB pass.
Take road numbers with a grain of salt, video footage doesn't come out well in the dead of night. First WB (with the NS power) by 205 at 02:45 camera time.

EB E27691 29 w UP 6279, ex-SP AC44, and the latest VIA Rail Siemens train set is in Markham Yard.

"CRAPP!!!!!!!!" Man I thought this VIA Rail Passenger Train Set from Siemens would take a week or two!!!! Why is it already in Michigan less than two days after it was in Oregon? This is unreal!

NS 34G’s crew ran out of time while crossing the diamond in South Bend, blocking CN.
E276, A492 are stuck on the west side of the diamond.

11:46 - EB Q116 w CN 5752/CN 5661 thru Charlotte. Intermodal only today.
Later we have an E296, most likely for Flat Rock as well.
EB M396 should be following Q116. WB M399 has been holding at Potterville for the two Ebs.

Well geez, they put a standard CN unit on! Guess this won't work to catch E276 today! Gosh, it moved so fast on UP! Train 507 flying past MP 22.5 at 5:58 pm. All containers. I thought it might have 116's power today as that was all containers too so need apparent need to go to Flat Rock but it seemed to have different power.
Amtrak 350 hasn't arrived yet at Pontiac (see Amtrak posts) so no 355 yet today either.

I have not heard any more on train A276 with this VIA Rail Passenger Train Set from Siemens departing Battle Creek! It would be nice if it waits until tomorrow morning to depart! Who knows what will happen? The railroads do strange things sometimes!!!!
