SB Train 515 past MP 22.5 at 7:40 am. One box, a couple tanks and most of the rest loaded centerbeams. Is 515 still working the Chrysler plant in Mount Clemens? There hasn't been a lot of boxcars on it lately and it is coming back rather early most days. Maybe the plant is closed for the autoworkers Union Christmas break and that is the reason for the lack of boxcars?

L515 still works Mount Clemens, and came into town this morning with a train that filled Mount siding from signal to signal. They picked up their Chrysler cars at East Yard that were dropped off by L533 yesterday. After switching Chrysler they had to get out of town ahead of M385 as they were a non clearing train. L515 and M385 met M382 on the double track between Forest Lawn and Nolan. Mornings are very busy on the MTC these days...

NB 515 just passed MP 22.5 on the Holly on its way back to Pontiac Yard. It had a few boxcars including an old CP Rail one that was still in pretty good shape. It also had a few autoracks on the tail end, something I have never seen on it before. Good to know that it still works Mount Clemens, Man O War, and that it gets its cars at East Yard now. Good that East Yard is getting a bit more use again, what remains of it.

Train 116 with a single locomotive and short train just went past MP 22.5 on the Holly at 2:49 pm.

BCOL 4609 is 2/2 on SB M385 on the Mt. Clemens sub today. Departed Port Huron at 12:45

By Mount Clemens depot at @14:00. You could hear the clock ticking on 4609 as it went by.

Looks like L533N might be working MC after it made a pick up at East Yard earlier, and a swap with L515.

You do realize that your post is going to throw a particular railfan into a complete tizzy. Be prepared. Also, any news on Yuengleng coming into Michigan yet? I'm waitin...

Well GEEZ!!!!! I could have easily rode my bike to the tracks in Fraser to catch BCOL "Cowl" 4609!!!! Yup, missed 385 and 533!!!! Those could have been my first trains of the year!!!! Well, what train is BCOL 4609 expected to go on tomorrow, 1-3?
Man it probably will go on the Holly Sub. Man o' War, which "Railfan" are you referring with that "Complete Tizzy" remark?

Well is BCOL 4609 on today's northbound train 385? If so, where is it? It probably won't be to Fraser until dark if it is on there!!!! Forget that that "Complete Tizzy" thing!!!!

Train 507 just went past MP 22.5 on the Holly at 5:15 pm with a short train.

15:10 - EB M394 w CN 2888/CN 3276 and mid-DPU CN 3973* ex-citi thru Potterville. A nicely blocked train with three cuts of BNSF covered hoppers including many green ones.

15:23 - EB L539 w CN 5454/CN 5323 thru Charlotte. They took M1 at Potterville and continued on to Cory Yard and the Lansing Thorofare

Note: R934 has been using CN 5435 lately. They were OD at 11:00

SB Train 515 passed MP 22.5 in the morning fog around 7:30 am with what looked like 5456 again.

Word is the CN 5246 & GTW Caboose #79054 is sitting at Kilgore Yard in Kalamazoo.

Yup, BCOL "Cowl" C40-8M #4609 came back on train 384!!!! Generally, what train does the power from 384 transfer to? Or is it generally a Canadian train? We shall see this engine again!!!!
