Well, I have info from some Facebook® guys! Looks like UP 1995, CNW HU will lead this train 31M afternoon! It goes on duty @ 4:30 p.m. I just need someone to take me here! Hope I catch!!!!

Sitting at Sterling facing south. No need to wye.

UP 1995 is sitting by itself in Sterling Yard, something other than 1995 is going to have to lead 31M since it's bad ordered (an employee at sterling said it was radio issues). It will go back to the UP after it gets to Blue Island (where 31M terminates).

1995 is certainly looking good given that it's going on 20 years old.

UP 1995 still at Sterling Yard. Engine has electrical issues and will not be leading.

Yes I captured UP SD70ACe CNW "Heritage" 1995 at Sterling Yard this afternoon! COOL!!!! My first time seeing the full engine of the six new "UP Heritages" from 2005/2006! Is it really almost 20 years? I will capture train 121 towing this "Dead" engine on train 121 tomorrow (1-7) morning! It would be so awesome if an NS "Heritage Unit" lead this one!!!!

Thank You LansingRailfan! I was trying to figure out when it last came to MI! Fellow "Railfan" Gary Sample caught UP 1995 leading in Fenton on A401 in 2020! I was upset I missed! But now I captured UP 1995 fairly well!!!!! Train 121 departed Sterling yard around 9:30 a.m. I came too late to 16 Mile!!!! Missed them switching with UP 1995! Oh well, I captured (35mm Canon® S.L.R.) UP 1995 parked at Sterling Yard yesterday, 1-6! There should be some good shots! I got mediocre shots near the Red Run Drain crossing, Warren, MI! This was my first train of 2023!!!!
