The rails are getting a little rusty here in Traverse City. Somebody send a train up here to shine them up a little.

It's been since October for a train in TC. It appears Beacon is no longer shipping. They've graded over the tracks along to road. Hasn't been any empties dropped off there since the first week of October.

3 gons and 2 loads of lumber went up last night.
On a side note, Cadillac is back to running one crew, usually with an afternoon call time. Difficult for me to catch them these days.

GLC brought down a unit grain train from the two Star of the West elevators. AARR picked it up yesterday afternoon.
There’s still a CSX unit grain train being loaded at Oakley. It came up Thursday.

Found CNTN. Guess they didn’t make it back yesterday since they are sitting here at the DTE crossing south of Kalkaska.

Yesterday apparently they ran from Owosso straight to Cadillac. Definitely tight on bodies up north. Anyone looking for a job?

Cstn working biewer in mcbain. Picking up 3 loaded beams and 1 empty pole car. Looks like a relatively short train today.

I drove past the tracks this morning,saw all the snow squished off. What was in the TC gon? Something for beacon?

11:38 - 383/386/395 f/r/r for the ostn SB outta Durand. Looks like one for RheTech on the head end and then 61 other cars, mostly pooled covered hoppers with a few from ZFS in the middle.

396 and 399 leaving Cadillac towards Clare shortly before 1000. Long string for McBain. Ran to Clare yesterday and Traverse City on Tuesday.
