Passing MP 22.5 at 3:26 pm. Temp is 4 degrees here now but not too much snow, maybe two inches.

I never saw or heard 507 and 508 last night though around 5 am this morning there was a short SB past MP 22.5 on the Holly.

Seem like there is no 351 out of Pontiac today. Maybe no trainset from reading the other posts. Not a scheduled cancelation as far as I can tell.

Three CN trains are stuck, two in drifts and yesterdays Q122 is on the ground in Gratton, Ontario.

Looks like the EBs will be parking in PH, Imlay etc…

Travel Advisory: Due to extreme weather conditions, significant delays are expected in the Quebec City – Windsor Corridor and various trains have been cancelled on December 24. The following trains were cancelled: 60,50,41,61,62,52,40,65,67,64,42,44,66,46,68,54,45,65,53,47,645,55,69,59.

Due to a CN train derailment that occurred earlier today, VIA Rail is forced to cancel all trains between Toronto and Ottawa and Toronto and Montreal for December 25. This includes trains 65, 643, 63, 45, 53, 47, 645, 55, 67, 69, 59, 669, 42, 64, 40, 52, 62, 50, 46, 66, 44, 48, 668, 54, 68.


As for us, we should expect little to no WBs for the next 24-36 hours between the derailment, Christmas and then Boxing Day holidays.

13:39 - EB M35641-22 w CN 3193 and mid-train DPU CN 3920* ex-CitiRail leaser by MP 203. Train is going to Cory Yard and power will run back to BC as L542. Due to the CN 3920 not having PTC, CN 3193 will lead, running LHF back to BC.

Amtrak 351 and now 350 have been the only trains on the South Holly today. Train 350 was a bit behind schedule but not bad. At least it ran today!
