MQT NB and GRE WB at Fuller between 12N and 1P. 16 cars on GRE. MQT was switching north of Turner and later blocked N Park as well. 4 engines, 3406 leading; could not get a good car count but it looked fairly long.

Thanks for the heads up. Same power north through Byron Center at 1:45pm with an even 30 cars. Maybe switched at Bay Valley Foods to change the car count.

Quick turnaround - WAMX 4124, WAMX 4125 and 16 cars south through Byron Center at 3:55pm.

GDLK 4124 and 4125 were parked just north of the M-89 crossing at 5:40PM. As of this writing at 6:33PM they are probably still there as the EOT telemetry is still quite strong. It did look like they had already picked up any Otsego cars. I didn't get a good count due to trees. but clearly over 8.

When I went through Plainwell at 7:30 they were crossing north of town with 6 box cars heading back to the mainline. The rest of their train was still sitting on the mainline next to Old Mill Brew Pub.

If they were crossing North Main then they were working Otsego late in the day. No wonder I didn't see any cars on the Otsego sub.

MQT northbound road freight laying over for the weekend in the siding at Sparta, 3406, 3391 and 3389 with a train tucked in between Gardner and Martindale, almost all covered hoppers and tankcars, with a single empty bulkhead flat right behind the power.

7 covered hoppers at Packaging Personified, and about the same number of tankcars at QLF.

AARR south thru Ann Arbor at 08:35 with a loaded grain train off of GLC. This is a CSX-system grain train from The Andersons in Oakley. An NS one off of the MMRR/Breckenridge is the one that derailed in San Yard Wednesday afternoon.

Did Grand Elk south pass you yet? I don’t usually hear a horn for GDLK south every time they run

Edit: Grand Elk south at Wyoming 54th St at 8:20pm assumed they have WAMX 4124 and WAMX 4125. Unknown number of cars

Last night's hesr run south out of bad axe had roughly 12 covered hoppers and two of the g/w orange units for power.

They brought back 7 gondolas from somewhere south of bad axe, can't see anything in them from the road. Train parked in the yard waiting for this evenings run west. Would they bring ties in the gondolas for track maintenance? Still can't figure out where these head south of bad axe or what they carry.
