Z151-28 @ 2:08pm horn heard in Grand Rapids. Have no visual on which direction they are heading.

I believe they are heading north now from Grand Rapids. Horn is getting faint

Grand Elk north through Byron Center at 3:59pm. WAMX 4125, WAMX 4124 and 17 cars. Tank cars mostly, with a few covered hoppers and boxcars.

Yep, north thru 54th St, same power and cars at 4:17pm

Grand Elk South through Wyoming 44th St @ 7:50pm, very strong horn heard at the 44th St area. Assumed WAMX 4124 leads and WAMX 4125 trailing. Assumed 10-40 cars.

Assumed they reached 54th St at 7:55pm. No horn heard

Edit: 8:19pm; Per GR Rail Productions in the field, he said WAMX 4124 leads, WAMX 4125 trails and 8 ish cars.

Grand elk south through Byron Center at 8:00, 4124 leading a 2nd loco, dunno how many cars.

Grand Elk north through Byron Center at 2:30pm. WAMX 4125, WAMX 4124, and 16 cars consisting of covered hoppers followed by tank cars.

Back south at 6:41pm, 2 locos and 30ish cars.

WMI picked up 7 and left 3 at the interchange in Hartford last night.

Grand Elk north through Byron Center at 4:43pm. WAMX 4125, WAMX 4124 and 17 cars. Mix of tank cars, an empty centerbeam, boxcars then covered hoppers.

Not sure if they went back south around 8 pm. I heard their horn from my workplace at Meijers.

Yes, grand elk went south about 8:30 through Byron Center. Was having a campfire when they went by.. lots louder sitting next to the tracks. Looked like 4124 leading maybe 25 cars.
