395 and 395 left Cadillac for Clare approximately 1130.

Appears to have been a Petoskey run yesterday judging by the outbound cars.

395/396/382/386 with 103 loaded P&H covered hoppers were SB at Wright Siding at 13:22 for Durand. They might pick up the 105 cars that CN left them last night.

17:41 - 17:48 - OSTN is SB across Durand with a large train and 392/390/393, a nice GP-35 trio for AARR.

18:48 - 395/396/382/386 arrive in Durand and use the PH Wye for headroom to set off the 103 loaded cars for CN. The 105 empty cars that CN dropped last night are in the South Yard.

AARR - Yes, these cars were loaded on the MMRR. P&H ships in 104 car units. 103 cars means one was bad ordered somewhere and now we have 105 set off last night. Might be another train for the MMRR again.

When the cement terminal in Elmira re-opened there was talk of it getting 20-40 cars a week. From the pictures and videos, I have seen it might get 5 a week or less. Can anyone comment about how many cars they see going to Elmira?

There has been very little cement this spring. A car or two sporadically, nothing like last year.

And on a side note, I still can't get my videos to post here.

Buzzi has lost almost all of the customers base that it once had, there biggest user of cement was Lake City Redi Mix (SRM now). They have used only 3 cars of cement in the last four and half weeks. I think with LaFarge on the east side of the stat and St. Mary's on the west side, Buzzi cant compete.
