130 x 4 axles each = 520
2 engines x 6 axles each = 12
520 + 12 = 532

Yes, true, but I don't post the numbers as fact unless I actually hear them clearly. A Track Inspector at that precise moment had decided to have a conversation with L303 during the moments when the DD44.2's axle & length data were being transmitted.

Okay, I also dislike calls being interrupted while I’m listening for another train call.

I just made a couple of manual counts for E801's cars using the Rewind feature on the Bangor Cam & I had counted 129 cars. R597 had delivered this train to Wells siding from the power plant & he doesn't pass over & any DD sites when going into Wells (DD44.2 is about 1 mile past Wells). So, in R597's mark up prior to departing the power plant, he had stated he had 130 empty coal cars & then that info was passed on to the E801 crew. I've seen this happen before, where, what was stated for car count was off by 1.
Around 5:20pm, or so, E801 will get reported by the DD at mp CG91.9 There was a slight glitch in Bangor video rewind & I had counted where that happens & rewound again & slowed the video to 1/4 speed right around the 38th car to make sure the glitch didn't knock out a car where it happened around the 41st car. DD91.9 will let me know for sure

I heard the same, 250 axles works out to 59.5 cars with two six axle locomotives.

I heard the same, 250 axles works out to 59.5 cars with two six axle locomotives.

Axle math for 250 would work for 3 six axle engines & 58 cars.

L302-30 west thru EE Brighton, two six axle locomotives? Try five! Engines 66, 461, 8619, 140, and 7228 all leading 55 cars. The latter three weren't running and 140 has seen better days. I presume 8619 will take 8017's place as L305 power, however both 8199 and 8619 are facing west.

L301-30 @ 18:37:39 eastward Bangor's Division St crossing cam mp CG60.93 with CSX engine #4384 & 2 lumber loaded cars. He'll be setting those cars off at Standale Lumber in Grandville mp CG6.5

8199 is currently sitting at Ensel by the office in the middle of the yard. Did not see any other power, but there is lots of darkness to lose one in. Haven't heard anything from L304 so you m assuming they are not out yet.

L302-30 @ 21:23 westward was reported by the DD mp CH104.3 Mulliken, Mi with 152 axles & 2,123 feet long. For the axle math options:

2 engines & 35 cars,
4 engines & 32 cars,
6 engines & 29 cars.
The axle math doesn't work for him having 3 engines, nor, 5 engines.

Hopefully, engine numbers might be mentioned when he arrives Grand Rapids. However, last night's L302-29 had picked up 2 engines from Lansing that were brought into Grand Rapids and no engine numbers were mentioned, just the mention to Rouge they had picked up 2 engines from Lansing. It was speculated these were CSX engines #5332 + #296.
