Q327-03 @ 08:16 Grand Rapids job briefing with the RN Dispatcher: CSX engines #3345 + #3338 & 118 cars (24 loaded + 94 empties). Since he has already been on duty for 4 hours, Dispatcher is checking to see if this crew will be allowed to depart. Engineer had stated he was required to take a re-qualification class for Remote Controlled Engines causing their departure delay. He's on the move but not sure how far he'll be going.

2:05 PM: NS Chicago west dispatcher is currently talking to a CSX train, advising them of a light out indication he’s got at the CP 490 signal, I can confirm via TrainMon5 that there is a light out. I’m going to guess this is Q326 he’s talking to but I could be wrong.

Edit @ 2:11 PM: the train CW was talking to was Q327 and the LO indication is no longer up
