Few minutes ago, the new Conrail job NY-8 got a form d @ Mound for both ways between Todd and Erin. NS 5056 is the engine.

What does this job do?

Run from North Yard to Mound Yard on first shift, switch Chrysler, then tie down leaving the engine for the NY-27 Job to come on duty on afternoons to switch Chrysler, run to Sterling if needed, then return to North Yard in the evening with the glory.

Yesterday evening, a North Yard Job with the NS 5015 took a Boxcar and 3 Tanks down the Terminal East to Mack Yard, presumably for Kace and Clean Earth, but went to switch the docks first.

Nice grab. Being from the east side, I’ve always wanted to catch them going over E Jefferson.

Do they drop cars for the other industries at Mack Yard for another job to work?

NY-27 just now getting into Sterling at with 5 cars. Still has go back south. They will be short hood forward back south.

NS 5287 lite NB by Milwaukee Jct.

NY-7, NS 5056 is at Forest Lawn, heading to Mack Yard with Autoracks.

NY-7 headed for Mack Yard. All autoracks and 1 boxcar.

NY-7, NS 5287 running south of Mack Yard to switch Kace. The glory is 3 Hicubes.

Form D for the FD27/NY27 at 422pm. NS 5015 is the engine and they’re running to Sterling today.

As of 445p, they’re not up at Sterling yet.

Ballast Equipment SB at Beaubien.

MY-6 just went into Sterling yet again but with 9 cars and an NS 5224 leader. Should come back with about 7 cars.

NS 5219 on Terminal East with 10 Boxcars and 3 Tanks. Likely for Kace and Clean Earth.

NY-6 delivering Gons to Strong Steel.

NS 5219 is at Beaubien with tanks, coil cars, empty frame flats, covered hoppers. Appears to be a transfer job from North Yard to Livernois.

NS 5287 is on the Trenton 3 job and taking RSSX 8959 to BASF to switch out their old switcher.

CSX 6157 & NS 5310 switching the west end of Pavonia Yard; Camden, New Jersey.
