It's an empty. Car trace shows it was supposed to go to the GR as a load. Instead went to "Wyoming" I'm guessing Victor Barnes on Porter. Then it came north. Y297 left it on the interchange track to get it out of the way? Standard had a car that was routed NS to Memphis to CSX. They delivered it to CN. It went on hold until a phone call was made
