CN Updates April 2020
Re: CN Updates April 2020
Why are you using Belt Line Junction as a reference point? The Belt Line and Yellow Cab are LONG gone.
Use a milepost or road name/crossing along the Holly.

Yes, he should be heading to Detroit (East Yard) after switching FCA in MC. Waiting to see if they will be held for M385. May work Great Lakes on his return, but unfortunately, after dark.

Man o' War, is the GLR business temporary? If yes does it have anything to do with the Coronavirus?

I went to Mt. Clemens and waited a while and did not get it! EJE 668 took too long sitting at FCA and then it was dark/snowing!!!!Man o' War wrote:Robertrains wrote:Man o' War wrote:L533S through Richmond at 15:55. EJE 658, many system boxes and a gon. Currently working Mount Clemens at 17:00.

Re: CN Updates April 2020
I don't know. They have been in and out of there (L533) a couple of times a week for more than a month now - so relatively steady, but we'll see what transpires. On a related note, Phoenix Stone in Mount Clemens paid the bill on their switch again, so they not yet giving up on future rail service either. Also, with the auto plants down, I'm curious as to what is going in and out of FCA in MC. Still switched multiple times per week, but lately just 50' CN/GTW boxes (not high cubes). FCA parts all come from Mexico in western road high cubes, and I'm wondering if they are still stacking aluminum in some far corner of that complex. Guess I need to talk to some CN guys - at a 6' distance...AARR wrote:Man o' War, is the GLR business temporary?
