Per an earlier report from Pudgy, the #8199 should be the replacement engine for L301's #4003 that was taken to Chicago by M327 on Jan 26th.

y121's caboose's windows are now not covered i saw him on Friday the 26th and he had no steel covers looks like one window is cracked but other than it looks good.
