M327-03 @ 08:54 westward reported by the Defect Detector mp CG66.2 Hartford, Mi with 478 axles (+2 error). DD had also transmitted "axle count malfunction" message. At 08:59 a 2nd message was transmitted saying the location info & a "system failure, out" message. That's a 1st, never heard a DD site make a follow up transmission minutes after a train was already reported.

M327-03 @ 09:24 was advised by the Dispatcher they're to stop their train & do an inspection due to the report the DD at mp CG66.2 had transmitted. M327's present location wasn't heard but he's somewhere between the DD site & the St Joseph Bridge.

L301-03 @ 09:56 Grand Rapids, Mi job briefing with the RN Dispatcher: CSX engines #4289 + #8839 & 15 cars (6 loads + 9 empties) @ 674 tons & 968 feet long. He has work for Buzzi Cement mp CG5.2 & then he’ll go into Waverly mp CG22.8 & later westward to Hartford mp CG68.7 & Coloma mp CG76.7 then he'll runaround his train at Riverside mp CG80.2 to head back east.

M327-03 at 09:59 had advised the Dispatcher nothing was found wrong with their train & his Conductor was half way returning to the headend. Still no location given as to where they're stopped at.

M327-03 @ 10:18 got the ok to proceed westward once his Conductor is onboard & will be meeting M326 on the double track in Riverside mp CG80.1 Then, M327 will continue on & take New Buffalo siding mp CG113.9 & tie down due to the NS line having a rail work curfew for the next 9 hours (a switch is being changed out at CP497 in Gary, IN).
