There was a long line of cars in Hughart Yard around 12pm.

Grand Elk horn heard in the distance around 44th St at 4:18pm. Presumably southbound with WAMX 4124, WAMX 4125 and xx cars

Grand Elk horn is much louder at 4:20pm as they approach 50th St and heading south.

I was heading south on 131 and spotted them at the 146th Ave crossing. Jumped off at the Dorr exit and snagged the shot just south of Moline.

Well, I have some good news. I was on my way in to Plainwell just after 6:00. To my delight I saw headlights on the Otsego line, and the crossing gate activated at the perfect time to make me the #1 vehicle. They, 4124 and 4125, pulled across with 8 box cars from Otsego. I most I had seen previously was 6. After the switch was thrown they backed up to snag the rest of the train.I didn't stick around to count, but even if they didn't pick up anything else on the way south, they would at least have xx cars.

Was north through Byron Center at 12:20pm with the same consist.

Quick turnaround, back south at 1:59pm with same power and 38ish cars. Mostly boxcars on head end, then covered hoppers, tank cars, empty centerbeam and steel coil car.
