He was stopped due to a PTC issue & was traveling too slow over the DD site to meet the minimum speed requirement for the HBD equipment. He CSX engine #4384 & ?? cars & I believe he’s headed into Waverly.

L303 was an absolute pathetic excuse for a train today. CSX 338 leading followed by CSX 117. Only 2 cars. One grain and one gon.

G792-29 Clear South Lyon at 7:38. No visual. Around 5600ft in length.

This 92 car grain empty yesterday was calling signals as G792-05 from Howell westward. Head end power was 3435+5263. Never heard anything out of them at Williamston so the train must have gone to Grand Ledge.
