Train 507 flying by MP 22.5 at 6:41 pm.

I was home until 4:30 pm and never saw 251 go by so it took its sweet time getting here from Trenton today, if it ever went by.

Train 508 went by last night around 9:30 pm. It had a couple doublestacks on the headend, the rest mixed. There must have been a 116 to Moterm yesterday and these containers were from out east. Their operations are in many ways reverting back to what they were six to nine months ago with respect to containers with 508 being instead a mixed mop up train whereas 514 was always containers. I wonder if 507 and 508 swap crews in Pontiac?

SB Train 515 just went by MP 22.5 at 7:45 am with an SD60. I missed the number.

Track maintenance equipment rolling SB past MP 22.5 on the Holly at 10 am.

251 through Trenton at 11:24

Approximately how long do you think that would take to get down to Ferndale? Track is lined for motern while there is clear signal for a northbound on the middle track as of 1300

Depends on traffic, but if everything is lined up, seems like about 45-50 min from East Lansing to Durand and maybe an hour from there to Pontiac. Not sure about Pontiac to Ferndale but maybe 20-30 min?

Just passed MP 22.5 in Bloomfield Hills at 1:42 pm. An 8900 was second. Lot of mixed freight up front including sand cars (a lot of WC ones) and 50 boxcars (including a brand new or newly painted UP on #160016).

It takes about 50 minutes from East Lansing to Flint, 40 from Flint to Pontiac and 20 minutes from Pontiac to Ferndale, maybe less on the expressway instead of Woodward.

And it just passed MP 22.5 in Bloomfield Hills very slowly on Main 1, bumping into 251's blocks. The first three or four cars were interesting looking 60 foot hicube waffle sided cars.

If they're running track speed (50-60 mph), it would normally take 15-20 minutes.

They are on M1 and are meeting two WBs, one from Flint and then E251, at Okemos.
