10:40 - EB Q116 with CN 5669/CN 8945 elephant style by the Charlotte cam. Some intermodal on the rear but mostly autoracks today.

10:56 - EB M396 with CN 2341/CN 2203 by Charlotte cam.
- overnight, we had an X396 go by with a large set off for Flint on the head end. Yesterday's M396 did not have any set off for Flint and ran straight to Sarnia.

14:15 - EB E260 w BNSF 7712/ex-BNSF GECX 4954 thru Potterville. Train is for Lansing. Third rack train for Lansing in 2 days.

17:15 - WB E260 with ex-BNSF GECX 4954/BNSF 7712 running LHF, light power, thru Charlotte.

507 passing MP 22.5 on the Holly with GTW 5933 trailing two other CN units and a lot of covered coiled steel cars on the headend at 7:12 pm.

And a minute later 513 with 5855 and one tank went SB.

21:02 - Amtrak 364 eastbound by MP 225 on M2.
21:08 - second eastbound by MP 225 on M1, calling a stop indication at Okemos (MP 223). Looked like 3092? and 3120, latter as end DPU, not running.
21:37 - westbound by MP 225 with 8823 and 2691 leading. 600 axles according to the DD at 219.5.

21:02 - Amtrak 364 eastbound by MP 225 on M2.
21:08 - second eastbound by MP 225 on M1, calling a stop indication at Okemos (MP 223). Looked like 3092? and 3120, latter as end DPU, not running.
21:37 - westbound by MP 225 with 8823 and 2691 leading. 600 axles according to the DD at 219.5.

That one with the tail end dpu was an odd train. 2028 I believe was the time stamp on my stream. It had several bulkhead flats loaded with ingots next to each engine, a fair amount of lumber and tanks but not really a very long train.

SB 515 with 5430 just passed MP 22.5 at 8:12 am.

This indeed went to Lansing.

05:38 - EB Q122 with CN 5777/CN 2515 thru Durand on M2
07:23 - WB Z149 with CN 5605/CN 2512 thru Durand on M2
08:06 - WB P365 departs Durand on M2
08:20 - EB L500 with CN 8020/CN 5762 thru Durand on M1 after holding at Clara
08:22 - WB M399 with CN 2282/CN 2306 thru Durand on M2. M399 held at E Durand and Desk 8 ran P365 on M1 at E Durand and then around M399 onto M2 at the crossovers just east of the station.

L500 is using the power set from yesterday's E251.

08:06 - WB E271 with CN 2342/CN 5787/BNSF 7849 thru Charlotte. They made a pickup in Lansing and scooped up the BNSF 7849 from the E270 that terminated in Lansing.

Regarding rack trains, lately it seems like Lansing is average one a day, sometimes more, and Flint is receiving an E271 daily. Flat Rock has been getting racks on Q116 but not the extra trains like E280/296 or M356 we were seeing earlier in the year. Maybe Flat Rock is getting racks from NS in Oakwood?

08:40 - Amtrak 365 westbound by MP 225 on M2. Their advance approach improved to a clear signal within moments of them coming around the corner.
09:09 - M399 was lined behind them, just proceeding thru Cedar as 365 got to Potterville. M399 speeding by MP 205 at 09:47 with two GE engines.
Amtrak 365 of May 3rd had IDTX 4616 on the west end and 4624 on the east end.

Went past MP 22.2 at 2 pm. Long train today.

Following 251 was a very long NB 515 returning to Pontiac.

116 rolling past MP 22.5 at 3:25 pm. Long string of stacks but most are single-stacked today.

507 just flew by MP 22.5 with a 5600 leading an 8000 at 6:26 pm.

5772/8020 were the power from L500 this morning
