As I was heading to the fire station on Grange Hall Rd. I looked to the north and seen headlights heading south. Not sure which unit is leading so heads up anyone south of Holly.

Re: CSX MI Train Location Update 2/17/10
Saw D708 getting underway westbound at Howell today at 5:15PM where they were able to run around their train (no more gondolas in the way) AND get all their work done.....as they told the RN dispatcher. Here's what they had for a consist when they passed me at WE Howell:
CSXT 2700
2 covered hoppers
1 Staley tankcar
4 coke hoppers
1 covered hopper
2 tankcars
2 covered hoppers
3 loaded scrap gondolas
=15 total
Nice variety today....I wonder how many of these cars were from the GLC?

D708 set off four cars at Ann Pere and picked up seven cars. The first seven cars you list came from Ann Pere, In order from then on, the one covered hopper came from Thermofil, the two tank cars came from American Chemical, the two covered hoppers came from Pinckney Plastics, and the 3 scrap gons from Ogihara.GP30M4216 wrote:Saw D708 getting underway westbound at Howell today at 5:15PM where they were able to run around their train (no more gondolas in the way) AND get all their work done.....as they told the RN dispatcher. Just sitting at the computer, listening to the scanner....
P370-17 was on time this evening, departing St. Joseph at 8:03 pm. AMTK 27 was leading, with 20 axles in the train. I'm guessing an engine, three cars, and a cab, 90219.
Currently, N903-16 has just cleared the Vine detector( CG 91.9) with 520 axles, 7194 ft.
The lead is BNSF 9286.
This train was just notified by the RN dispatcher that they will be taking the siding at Wells and a D802 crew will be taking over the train.
