Says in 2021, 16,431 people died in train related accidents in India, with 2/3 of them from either falling from the train or basically being ran over. That's about 30 people falling or ran over every day of the year...

Then again, 117 people die in the US every day in car accidents, and India has 422 deaths a day from automobiles.. just staggering how many people die during transportation processes.
