Woman killed by San Francisco Train

There is a bizarre story at https://news.yahoo.com/woman-tied-dog-d ... 18105.html about a woman who was killed by a BART train in San Francisco. She had tied her dog's leash to her waist, but when she left the train, the dog stayed on the train, and so apparently when the door closed the woman was dragged along the side of the train.
