GDLK GP40-2LW to GP38-2LW

GDLK has a former CN GP40-2LW that was converted to a GP38-2LW. Video by grand elk railroad traintuber 4206. See 00:28.

Watco has been in the process of rebuilding their GP40-2Ws into GP38-2Ws for about 5 years now. The first one on the Elk was 4009 back in 2019.

No Ls here, just regular Ws.
