ATCS HELP and INFO

New to ATCS. I know it's kinda being phased out as technology progresses.
With the help of a friend I was able to get the CN Flint Sub and the South Bend Sub that doesn't really work well. Not sure if it's due to lack of equipment.
Does anyone know if I can get the NS Reading Line in Pennsylvania? Going there soon. Need help.
