Believe it or not, that photo is real, that unit has been through here a few times.

Okay, I believe it. Kind of surprised CN hasn't painted it over.
Do these units have a date in the paint shop to get CNized?

They finally got all of the blue GECX ET44s they bought painted. These will cycle through the paint shop in due time. They might get PTC then, too.
