Radio Frequencies - Mid Michigan

Unread post by Dan Cluley »

I recently got a new scanner, and am working on a master list of frequencies I might need in an organized fashion. Most of what I'm finding online is either listed by RR rather than geographically, or potentially out of date, or both. My plan is to start several threads here covering different areas with the info I have put together and hopefully get corrections, additions/subtractions.

Jackson
46 160.800 Amtrak/NS
93 161.505 Amtrak/NS
Are these correct? How are they used? What about NS in the Jackson yard?

Battle Creek
46 160.800 Amtrak/NS
93 161.505 Amtrak/NS
Are these correct? How are they used? What about NS in the BC yard?

32 160.590 CN Road
74 161.220 CN Flint Sub Dispatcher
28 160.530 CN South Bend Sub Dispatcher
49 160.845 CN Yard - Is this correct? Are there additional Yard channels?

Lansing area
8 160.230 CSX Road
14 160.320 CSX Plymouth Sub Dispatcher
70 161.160 CSX Yard
12 160.290 CSX Yard - This one is unfamilar to me, is it used & where

32 160.590 CN Road
74 161.220 CN Flint Sub Dispatcher
49 160.845 CN Yard

North & East of Lansing
31 160.575 GLC Road
66 161.100 GLC Yard

32 160.590 CN Road
74 161.220 CN Flint Sub Dispatcher

28 160.530 CN Holly Sub Dispatcher

83 161.355 HESR Dispatch
22 160.440 HESR Road
78 161.280 HESR Road
80 161.310 HESR Road

10 160.260 LSRC Road
36 160.650 LSRC Yard
94 161.520 LSRC
96 161.550 LSRC

I am not too familiar with HESR & LSRC. Any details on their usage would be appreciated.
