CN leasing engines again?!

Unread post by David Collins »

Ok, LansingRailfan just posted an update on a train passing the 205 cam with a former BNSF leader. I wasn’t aware of two things:

1. BNSF sold some of their GE Engines
2. Canadian National LEASING them!

I’m confused, what’s going on?!

Some of the original BNSF Dash 9s have reached the end of their lease, so they were returned to the leaser, GECX.
