there is the (historical)issue of pedestrian access.
mdot removed the original pedestrian bridge across I-696 to harrison high school and had no plans to replace it.
the replacement bridge lives on while the high school closed and is now a community center.

On Google Maps, appears there were sections of triple-track between Loudonville/Perrysville and up to Lucas. Quite a wide ROW going down to a single line. curiosity kicked in google maps show that siding already disconnected and in the process of being removed edit: wonder if they will leave a sidi...

my empire is no longer a sea of lush green. it's now a brown barren wasteland.

David I hope with the passage of these hours that her condition has improved.
One of the best things you can do for her is take care of yourself.
That will keep her from worrying about you.
Hopefully you both will be trackside in the not to distant future.

Okay, TC Man. But what you are failing to understand is that this board is full of people who would curl up and die if they could not give you a negative take on every single piece of news posted, here. :P Don't forget those who can't / won't open their eyes to see the whole picture, such as the st...

I don’t see them on 507 south of Pontiac, do they come in on L508 from Flint? woodchip hoppers ...

the containers I see in the promo (the actual) photos are 20 foot forklift able.
those aren't double stackable.
edit: they can't be fork lifted out of the bottom of a well car.
