GDLK was still tied down in Plainwell when we went for ice cream around 1:00. I'm not hearing the EOT now (7:01 PM).

GDLK with same power as ~Z reported has been tied down in Plainwell since last night. Otsego boxcars still on the Otsego line waiting to be picked up.

Privately owned from Carson City to at least Pingree St. in Gratiot County. I read somewhere that the owner and friends run speeders on this line. Not sure if that's accurate.

They already got a large Crissy grant last year to rebuild going east. What would the purpose of rebuilding this line to Paw Paw be? I am looking at the maps and just don't see any potential customers that would jusify a rebuild of the line. What am I missing. I believe that the Crissy grant was to...

GDLK 4125 and friend were in Plainwell at 6:13 p.m.. they appear to be heading northbound. No idea about the consist. They apparently were recently returned from Otsego and were crossing M89 to get the train and head north. How long will they arrive to GR? Others may know better, but I would guess ...

At 6:35PM the Elk switch at M-89 was set for Otsego. Must be they didn't switch Otsego on the northerly leg. I could see the train minus the power sitting to the north of the crossing. I could only hear one side of the radio traffic, so I suspect they were switching in Otsego.

The Elk was just approaching Plainwell from the north a bit before 8:00 PM. I know they needed to pick up the Otsego boxcars before proceeding.
