W085-14 (ballast train) @ 17:35 eastward reported from mp CG14.0 with UP engines #7680 + #8178 & 89 loaded cars & rear dpu UP engine #7134. He had advised the Dispatcher they will be working on the Plymouth sub-division to drop ballast from mp CH89 to CH87 & mp CH75 to CH60.

Clear Grandville

Per a Facebook post this morning, it appears that the Hoosier Valley Railway Museum folks are working to acquire the CHS power car. Should be a good pickup for them and IMHO a big missed opportunity for the CPMY folks. Why they did not get the generator car with the coaches is a head scratcher to me.

L508 is on his way clear CP Gaines with two SD70M-2’s and an SD60. Has a Southern 86’ autoparts boxcar around a dozen cars back behind the power. Not a long train.

251 is now underway. The only damage they suffered is a ditch light that is now burned out

Keep your eyes open for a W028-26 & a W026-09. Both are in Russell, Kentucky at the moment, with eventual movement to Barr and later Grand Rapids.
