Not much. They are a warehouse after all. Only get rail service when needed.

MPI - is a tenant now, that offers a variety of services. Blasting , painting, storage. A couple of years back, we were switching them 4 days a week ( 6 to 8 cars a switch, door #1 ) and the CN would switch door #2 over night.

Depending what you want to shoot. For example ,for almost street running there's Kentucky ave. ( NS Detroitline ). The bridges over the Raisin River offer good photo opportunities ( CN , NS & CSX ) . Front street by the power plant might offer coal train road power.

Great question why not a gas operated chainsaw a powerful one at that? Takes seconds to get these small trees knocked down with a gasoline chainsaw. That HOA mentioned, cannot interfere with interstate commerce. So they have that. Because there is a existing customer and not a potential customer , they have a better chance. Good luck to them

WELL, now that were on the subject. Maybe the railroads can clean up their right of ways so i can take better photographs. All we need now is a volunteer to start calling all the railroads. Have a great day
