Any one planning on going to Ohio for the eclipse? I'm going to make a day of it and start in Deshler and make my way over to Fostoria in the afternoon for the eclipse. Any thoughts/better ideas?

Thanks for all the info. I will going on a weekday. Tuesday or Wednesday? September 19th or 20th. Usually go to Fostoria, Ohio that weekend for the train show, but wanted to do something different. Still going to go there on Saturday for the show.

I'm from Michigan, planning on going to Elkhart in September for the first time. Any tips or recommendations would be appreciated. Just going for the day.

Wife and I rode that about 4 or 5 years ago. Trolley wasn't much, but the boat ride was cool.

I live in Howell, so I usually sit along Lucy Rd or Dearborn St. You can try Brighton on Challis by Mt. Brighton.

I may go. I hope to go before then actually. I usually split time in Deshler, Hamler, Fostoria and sometimes Bellevue. Depending if I spend the night somewhere. I usually stay in Bowling Green. Does anyone know if the porta potty in Deshler is on site now? Helps to have one close by when you are 60....
