Steve Miller would be a good show. I’ve seen him once I saw Def Leppard in 83. They were good back then I don’t know about now and journey I do not care for. Have fun at the show hope your date puts out. lol

truth. It is 17.5 ish miles to the tracks in Sunfield along the slightly longer than normal route i usually take to avoid the state highway routes. I consider it an excellent performance and workout if i can make it along those 17.5 miles in less than 60 minutes. Includes 2 miles of dirt road travel but is otherwise mostly flat. Inevitably will encounter headwinds on some of the legs as well.

It’s funny that I didn’t appreciate Def Leppards music until I was in my 50’s and it was relabeled soft rock :-)

You’re right Z. It’s a nice alternate. I’ve biked that route before during floods.
@ ~Z~ « Wed 2:23:33 pm »
Saw the pics of the Clinton River Trail damage, it’s just all gone for 100+ feet. That’ll take a hot minute to fix. At least the detour route along Dequindre, Parkdale, and Letica all have sidewalks to use

I love my hard case tires. They have proven to be very durable and low maintenance (flats).
@ ~Z~ « Wed 8:44:13 am »
both my tires need replacing, I’ve worn through them pretty good, shopping for some replacements. I really need to take the time to shop for a new bike so I can do repairs on one and still have one to ride.
@ AARR « Wed 8:04:00 am »
Next time get it tuned up before you bike 200+ miles ;-)
@ AARR « Wed 8:03:29 am »
It’ll be like a new bike.
@ ~Z~ « Wed 7:47:24 am »
good riding there jetlink, almost 2 hour ride. Yesterday got my bike fixed enough to ride, new tube and got new disc pads for front brake, was worn down to the plastic.

oh no! I hope they get it passable again soon. Trail detours are rough. Often there are not suitable reroutes.

That’s gonna make it hard for you to reach a few of the trails in your area. Trails to Utica, Lake Orion, and South Lyon are a bit blocked off without more road riding.

might as well not exist. Nobody talks about it and it’s probably too far gone to try to restore anyway last time I saw it.

Very limited budget and whatnot
