Q327-22 @ 07:23 westward reported by DD mp CG19.1 with 536 axles & 8,038 ft long. CSXT engines #69 + #157 & 131 cars (59 loaded + 72 empties) . He has 40 cars to set off & 60 cars to pick up in Holland.

D706-22 putting its train together with CSX 5396 & 4566. Doing an air test now. Correction, doubling his train.

Q327-22 09:34 westward is on the move passing by the Holland Depot mp CG25.3 with CSXT engines #69 + #157 & should now have 91 cars after making his set offs in Holland.

Correction: he was pretty long when he was seen & it appears now he ended up backing up his train to get the rest of his consist & was seen again going westward by the Depot at 09:58

08:10 CT / 09:10 ET What I assume to be Q326 just went through Michigan City

It will be interesting to see what engines Q326 will have today. Yesterday's Q327-21 fiasco with their mid dpu CSXT #3011 shutting down from a major oil leak lead to them grabbing the CSXT engines #7010 + #530 from Grand Junction Siding to get their train to Chicago & wondering if they'll be making a return trip today on Q326. Those 2 CSXT engines are used as rear DPU's for the loaded coal trains & have been used a few times to assist Q326 over the Saugatuck Hill.

About what time would Q327 make St. Joe,if you had to guess??

Around 11:30 am would be a good guess to be there with time to spare if you're planning to go there to see Q327. It's about 1 hour for them to get to Bangor & then almost another hour from Bangor to St. Joe.

Okay I'm staying in St. Joe on vacation today so I'm already here. Just need 5-10 minutes to get to the tracks.

If Q326 is at Michigan City as reported above, will it actually beat Q327 to St. Joe??

327 made his setoff of 40 cars into the waverly pass, then moved his 91 cars west of the west wye, left his 91 cars on the
main and made a pick up from waverly via holland today. he will depart with the pick up and the 91 cars after the set off

326 should make st joe before 327, thinking 326 will see 327 either double track or kirk depending on any loads that are
waiting to move to the plant

I had missed the fact that Q327 was setting off 40 cars in Holland, but, he was also picking up cars.

D705-22 had 98 cars when it went by Howell at 04:00. At that time 901 was after the 26th car. Only one car further back than the last DPU train out of Detroit.
