GRE will be going on duty later than normal tomorrow, crew has a few things to do on the MMRR first.

"A Money Shot", as the grumpy conductor called it. MMRR crossing Swan Creek westbound this afternoon. Train is tied down at Court St. in Alma.

Nice picture HESR. Looks like one of the four original CMGN GP38's rebuilt around 1988 from former GP40's that were built around 1970.

Thx for the info. If anyone heard when GRE gets onboard in Grand rapids or departs east, please post. I think I'm going to park around Ada tomorrow.

GDLK brought them some Kings, plastics and 1 for Standard last night. The Standard is on the west end for an easy pull to the west.
Nice photo Cadden - entering it in the G&W photo contest? (if they still have one)

Marquette Rail truck pulled up to the GRE office about an hour ago. Looks like they did some paperwork but then left right after.

GRE just delivered a centerbeam to the CPMY interchange and is coming back with 2 empties. Should head east not too long.

A few months ago I spoke to the corporate photographer. I was able to get a couple shots in the newsletter for the Mid Michigan article, but I don't think they have a contest anymore. At least I've never heard of them having a contest lately.

MQT caboose left Manistee on the end of a MQT train, not sure what the deal is.
According to all known laws of aviation, there is no way a bee should be able to fly. Its wings are too small to get its fat little body off the ground. The bee, of course, flies anyway because bees don't care what humans think is impossible.

12:20- JAIL heading south on their own tracks at MA in Lansing with 1760-1758 and 6 coils cars off the CSXT. They often unload them fast and then bring them north for interchange the very next day.

What's the deal on the GRE this week? Is it running Mon-Wed-Fri or Tues-Thurs?
