I don't think so. IORY only goes as far as Flat Rock, so any traffic would have to come from CP to CN to IORY. It is possible, but seems unlikely.

I think there was talk about IORY getting CP traffic from the west coast though via the CFE via Chicago. I thought I read about this on the Ohio board a while back. Traffic would go to Chicago and onto the CFE who would take it to the IORY in Lima for delivery to the final destination.

That is a deal brought on by joint venture between CP and Blue Grass Farms of Jeffersonville Ohio to haul agri related traffic and other items in intermodal containers. CP wanted to reach the South Central and Southwest Ohio markets and route them thru Chicago and out to the Canadian West Coast to Asia. I was curious as if the CP gave the IORY any slop freight or lumber from them from Ontario or Quebec connections.
