On a drive from Sacramento, CA to Portland, OR a few years back, I came upon a sign along the higway stating something about a "Railroad Park Resort". So, I got off the highway to see what it was all about...and came across this cool resort that had cabooses and boxcars converted into hotel rooms! Had I been looking for lodging on the trip, I definitely would have stayed there, but my girlfriend and I were just passing through. So here are some shots I got along with a link to the website so you can find out more information about it. It's a pretty nifty place with a few old pieces of equipment on display there.
